The seaside is about a 45 minute drive away. This comfortable country house is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holiday atmosphere of the countryside. Fully immersed in the green countryside, it offers: swimming pool, solarium, covered parking, gazebo, panoramic terrace and garden. All rooms are furnished in the most authentic Tuscan style, elegant and rustic at the same time. The house has six bedrooms, all provided with private bathrooms; the bedrooms are arranged as follows: - three bedrooms on the first floor with living room, kitchen, equipped with all comforts with wi-fi internet, satellite TV, DVD and CD player; - three bedrooms on the ground floor with large kitchen equipped with all comforts, living room with satellite TV, CD and DVD players, internet point, laundry service and a small toilet. Each room can have a third bed, with a small fee per bed for children up to 12 years. The minimum stay for groups of travelers, groups of friends or families is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday and you can choose to rent the entire house or one of the two floors separately.
